About This Event
Join us at the 6th Annual Kidney Social Summit! This FREE virtual education program allows you to come together with others on similar journeys to engage, learn and become empowered as a kidney patient, care partner or healthcare professional. We will have both general sessions AND breakout sessions to customize your experience! Sessions will be led by local health care providers & those impacted by kidney disease.
All registrants receive a free Kidney Resource Guide eBook full of recipes, patient stories, articles and more! Plus, event day attendees will receive a FREE NKF Engagement box full of great stuff mailed to you at home!
