About this Event

The National Kidney Foundation's Kidney Patient Education Symposium is an opportunity to bring together anyone affected by kidney disease (pre-dialysis, dialysis, ESRD, transplant, living donors, care givers and family members) to learn about topics that concern the patient and their entire family. The Kidney Patient Education Symposium is attended by patients, family members and the community.
