Susana Peralta, DO, FAAFP

Dr. Peralta is a Family Medicine Physician at Denver Health- Montbello Family Health Center in Denver, Colorado. She is a full time clinician-educator and practices broad spectrum family medicine in an outpatient setting. She also works part time at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, IA and went to medical school at Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Peralta is a Colorado native and enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family, friends and her dog.
