Kidney Education Symposium
About This Event
The National Kidney Foundation’s Kidney Education Symposium is an opportunity to bring together anyone affected by kidney disease (pre-dialysis, dialysis, ESRD, transplant, living donors, care givers and family members) to learn about topics which concern the patient and their entire family. The Kidney Education Symposium is attended by patients, family members and the community and is sponsored by those interested in reaching patients directly and supporting education about CKD.
