About the Symposium

Empower Your Health brings health education, expert conversations, and community resources together in one place. Throughout the morning, attendees will learn more about prevention and early detection, managing diabetes and hypertension, protecting kidney and cardiovascular health, nutrition and food as medicine, mental well-being, and accessing health and social resources. Our goal is simple: to provide practical information and tools that help individuals take a more active role in their health.

Dr. Seun Ross is a healthcare executive with 20 years of experience spanning clinical care, healthcare administration, payer strategy, and health policy. She works with organizations to address complex healthcare challenges and advance practical, scalable solutions that improve health outcomes and reduce barriers to care.
