ESRD Certification Program for Pharmacists
NKF, FreseniusRx, and the Albany College of Pharmacists and Health Sciences have partnered together on the first-ever ESRD Certification Program for Pharmacists, "Nephrology Pharmacotherapy: A Pharmacist's Guide to Medication Management in Advanced Kidney Disease." The curriculum was developed by Professors from the division of nephroloy and hypertension at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, in partnerships with nephrology pharmacotherapy specialists from around the country.
