Topic: Reaching and Sustaining Remission: An Approach for Treating Severe Active GPA and MPA

Join us for an engaging evening at our Renal Roundtable Dinner as we explore the evolving management of severe active ANCA-Associated Vasculitis (GPA and MPA).

This educational program will focus on practical, evidence-based strategies to help achieve and sustain remission in patients facing these complex, multi-system diseases. As the treatment landscape continues to advance, this discussion will highlight the heterogeneous and multi-systemic presentation of severe active GPA and MPA, review key pathophysiologic pathways that inform targeted therapeutic approaches, and examine clinical insights from the pivotal ADVOCATE trial and its implications for patient care.

This session will be led by Rodolfo Batarse, Nephrologist at Desert Kidney Care, who will share expert perspectives and real-world considerations for selecting and optimizing treatment in patients with severe active disease.

Topic: Emerging Concepts in IgA Nephropathy: Focus on B-Cells and Key Cytokine Drivers BAFF & APRIL

Join us for an engaging evening at our Renal Roundtable Dinner as we explore emerging concepts in immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN), a chronic immune-mediated kidney disease. This educational program will focus on advancing understanding of the disease burden and underlying pathophysiology of IgAN, with particular emphasis on B-cell dysregulation and the role of key cytokines BAFF and APRIL in disease development. As the clinical landscape continues to evolve, this discussion will also highlight the importance of key biomarkers, including Gd-IgA1, hematuria, proteinuria, and eGFR, in assessing disease activity, progression, and risk of kidney failure. In addition, we will review updated KDIGO guideline considerations and their implications for treatment strategies aimed at preserving kidney function.

This session will be led by Anjay Rastogi, MD, PhD, of the University of California, Los Angeles, who will share expert insights and practical perspectives on translating emerging science into clinical care for patients with IgA nephropathy. Enjoy a complimentary dinner while connecting with colleagues and gaining timely insights that can be immediately applied in clinical practice.
