The KidneyCARE (Community Access to Research Equity) Study is a nationwide patient registry for individuals with all types and all stages of kidney disease. The goal of the Study is to improve our understanding of kidney disease and its real-world impact. By gathering valuable research data, the study aims to support the development of new treatments and improved patient outcomes.
