- 1 small onion, chopped
- ½ cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon corn starch

- Pour gravy over steak and serve hot.
