Christine Palms, MS, RN

Christine has extensive clinical and administrative experience in organ donation and transplantation. Christine’s current role as the Vice President of Transplant Services at Virtua Health in NJ allows her to drive strategies that will support growth, quality, and differentiation, while providing oversight on plan execution. Christine has held various clinical and management roles in the organ donation and transplantation community. With a nursing degree from Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center, Christine earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Rutgers and completed a Master of Science in Health Sciences at New Jersey City University. She has made a commitment to dedicate her time to improving access to healthcare, with a meticulous focus on quality and better patient outcomes.
