2026 NKF Golf Classic at TPC Boston

Register your Team Before Time Runs Out!

When: Monday, September 14 | 10:30AM Registration Opens

Where: TPC Boston, 400 Arnold Palmer Blvd., Norton, MA

The NKF Golf Classic is the nation's Premier Amateur Golf Event for Charity. Each year thousands of golfers from across the country participate in 30 events across the U.S. for the exciting competition and the chance to earn an invitation to the National Finals at Pebble Beach - while supporting the NKF and our mission.

Enter a team in one of two competitive divisions: the Handicap Index or Gross Division, providing you and your guests with a competitive yet social day of golf whether you are a low handicapper or new to the game. Each Handicap Index Division team can have one player with a handicap index of 8.0 or less and the total combined handicap index for your four players must be 42.0 or more. Golfers must have submitted at least 3 scores towards their Handicap Index in the last 12 months.  The Gross Division is for teams whose golfers do not have an official USGA Handicap Index or do not meet the above Handicap Index requirements. Non-competitive entries are also available.

Top teams in both competitive divisions from each NKF Golf Classic are invited to compete in the National Finals held at the famed Pebble Beach Resorts (additional fees required) held January 14-17, 2027.

If you would like more information about the NKF Golf Classic at TPC Boston or sponsorship opportunities, contact Mary Cannon at Mary.Cannon@kidney.org or 617.974.6222.

Building Community and Advancing Science

Boston Area Inter-Hospital Kidney Rounds:

The National Kidney Foundation of New England (NKFNE) is proud to launch Greater- Boston Inter-Hospital Kidney Rounds (IHKR), a premier collaborative nephrology education series inspired by Boston’s historic and deeply respected intra-city grand rounds tradition.

Stewarded by the NKF New England Medical Advisory Board through a dedicated subcommittee representing the region’s leading academic medical centers, IHKR is designed to strengthen collaboration, showcase emerging science, cultivate the next generation of nephrology leaders, and advance excellence in kidney care throughout Greater Boston.

IHKR will be presented as a two-program annual series, with one program planned for the fall and one for the spring. Each individual program is expected to convene approximately 100-125 physicians, fellows, residents, researchers, advanced practice providers, and academic leaders from participating institutions.

The series will also intentionally bring respected experts and national thought leaders from across the country to New England, expanding access to emerging research, clinical advances, innovative therapies, and perspectives that enhance learning across the regional nephrology community.

Our Fall IHKR Program will take place at 9OFS (9th Floor, 1 Federal Street, Boston, MA) on the evening of Tuesday, November 17, 2026. Please join us!

Drive for Dialysis

Does your company have a volunteer day? Ask them to consider a Drive for Dialysis Event! These are great volunteer events hosted at corporate locations for staff to learn about kidney disease and put together bags of items for dialysis patients. The volunteers are provided with materials that are helpful to local dialysis patients to be pulled together in a tote bag and they add a personal message for the bag recipient. NKF then delivers these bags to a local dialysis center. Staff learn about kidney health, hear from a patient speaker, and create care packages that are very meaningful for local patients.

Hosting a Drive for Dialysis event is easy! Ask your company if they would have a volunteer event for staff with our out-of-the-box program. We'll work with the company to design a volunteer opportunity that meets your company's unique needs! For more information please contact Desirae Vasquez at Desirae.Vasquez@kidney.org .

Prevention and Awareness

NKF NEW ENGLAND KIDNEY COMMUNITY

The NKFNE frequently runs New England-based public health education programs within the local neighborhoods we serve. By installing NKFNE booths at local community events and in partnership with local community organizations, we are reaching our neighbors, right where they are, as a means of supporting public and patient awareness about kidney health, disease prevention, and screening practices.

Print copies of NKF health education materials are available to all members of the public who visit the NKF booth at our community events. Materials will include important resources for the local patients and the public such as kidney-friendly recipes, kidney disease risk factor inventories, and other valuable information. NKF staff and volunteers will converse with the public about relevant topics such as transplant, dialysis, living donation, and issues related to kidney disease, providing further direction about how to stay connected with NKF and access online resources.

NKFNE is actively seeking 2026 sponsors for our community programming

To learn more about sponsor benefits and to become a sponsor, please contact our NKFNE Director, Programs at desirae.vasquez@kidney.org.

A special thank you to our featured sponsor: Vera Therapeutics!
