- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1½ teaspoons chili con carne seasoning powder

Tips:

- May add any of the following seasonings: thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, red pepper, oregano, or lemon pepper.
