  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Combine all ingredients using a blender, food processor, jar with a lid, or bowl with a whisk.
  2. If using a jar, cover tightly and shake until blended.
  3. If using a bowl, whisk for a few minutes until the vinaigrette is well combined.
  4. Use as a salad dressing or marinade.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container. Shake or stir before using.
