Orlando is responsible for business development, managing client relationships, overseeing deployments and operational strategy in company at Afiniti, the world's leading applied artificial intelligence company that pairs enterprise customers with agents based on behavior. Prior to joining Afiniti, Orlando was responsible for inbound and outbound sales performance for Chase Card Services and for overseeing more than 2,000 employees in vendor operations in India, the Philippines and South America. Orlando is the executive sponsor for Afiniti’s Women in Leadership series and a passionate advocate for women and minorities in the workplace.
His deeply personal connection to kidney disease began when his stepfather’s kidneys failed due to a deteriorating condition that led to dialysis. Eventually, Hampton’s stepfather became eligible for the kidney transplant, but sadly suffered heart failure and died a month later.
