Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (~12 ounces), cubed
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- ¼ cup cilantro, diced
- - juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

- Boil chicken. Then, cube.
- While chicken is cooking, mix together the remainder of ingredients: mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, pepper, garlic powder, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
