- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- ½ cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 14-ounce can regular diced tomatoes

- Cook macaroni in medium boiler in 4 cups of boiling water. Allow to boil for 5 minutes or desired tenderness. Drain and set a side.
