  • ½ cup frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 6 dates, pitted
  • ½ cup gluten free oats
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon açai powder

Directions
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 1 hr, Total: 1 hr 15 min
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the ingredients are combined and sticky.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 to 2 tablespoons each.
  4. If the mixture gets too sticky, dip your fingers in lukewarm water.
  5. Place the energy balls on a plate or in a container.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
