Lemon Thyme Tuna Pasta Salad: A light pasta salad with albacore tuna, ziti, and fresh lemon thyme. Low-calorie and low-sodium for a healthy meal option.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp, dried thyme
- 4 tsp chopped chives
- 4 oz ziti, dry
- 1 pouch low sodium Albacore White Tuna in Water
- ⅛ tsp, ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic
- 1½ teaspoon dijon mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice

- Cook pasta according to the directions on the package, rinse and cool after cooking.
- Drain tuna and add to pasta, chives and lemon thyme.
- Mix all of the dressing ingredients together in separate bowl and pour over pasta and tuna mixture.
- Mix and serve with a fresh sprig of lemon thyme on the side.
