Year 4 Program Details

A 60-minute case-based learning experience to empower dialysis facility staff to improve home dialysis (PD and HHD) initiation and retention. 

 

Nationally recognized home dialysis care team experts will address the spectrum of challenges (infrastructure, clinical, psychosocial) associated with growing a home dialysis program. The entire dialysis facility is encouraged to join these case-based interprofessional sessions.

Free and Accredited
