If my GFR is 11, can I reverse it?

If your estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is 11 milliliters per minute per 1.73 meters squared and you have chronic kidney disease (CKD), then it is likely not reversible.  If your kidney disease is acute kidney disease, then it may be reversible.  You must see a nephrologist and determine if you have acute kidney disease or CKD.
