  1. Add the olive oil, Dijon mustard, vinegar, honey, and salt to a blender, food processor, jar with a lid, or bowl.
  2. Blend, shake, or whisk until the dressing is smooth and fully combined.
  3. If using a bowl and whisk, whisk for a few minutes until the dressing comes together.
  4. Use as a salad dressing or marinade.
  5. Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator. Shake or stir before using.
